Keeping in mind WHO you are becoming, we will help you develop the beliefs, mindsets, and behaviors that will support your journey in becoming that person. You will experience the results that come from your coach asking you powerful, thoughtful, and open-ended questions. Your coach will help you reveal the knowledge and skills you have within and support you as you sharpen, strengthen, and expand them.

The Kickstarter Experience gives you an extra boost right from the beginning! You will journey through onboarding, become familiar with the Talent Uplifted app, take your Energy Leadership Index Assessment, and meet your Coach during one-hour assessment debrief. All of this happens in your first 30 days! After that, you will continue with your coaching based on the level you chose: Thrive, Rise, or Soar.
All new clients complete The Kickstarter Experience. You will be charged a one-time fee of $599 upon checkout. Your chosen coaching level above will then be charged to you on a monthly basis beginning 30 days after your enroll.

Your Kickstarter Experience helps you gain momentum quickly as you engage with Talent Uplifted Coaches. It occurs during your first 30 days and includes an one-hour live onboarding call, a self-driven virtual onboarding experience in the Talent Uplifted App, the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment, and a one-hour assessment debrief with your assigned Coach. A one-time Kickstarter Fee of $599 is charged upon enrollment.
What is the Energy Leadership Index Assessment?
The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed attitudinal assessment tool, created by iPEC, that takes something abstract—the way you experience the world—and turns it into a tangible metric. It takes 15-20 minutes to complete, and you receive a full report and debrief from your Coach, who is also an ELI Master Practitioner.
What is the Monthly Momentum Builder Group Coaching?
Join a group of your peers (other Talent Uplifted clients) and a Talent Uplifted Coach to expand your perspective and thinking on a relevant leadership topic. This is not training. In fact, we present very little content! You will be engaged in a facilitated discussion designed to elevate your thinking, and therefore your performance. Group Coaching is typically conducted in small groups of 10 or less people. Sessions are conducted virtually via video conference, and participants are expected to engage with their video on.
What are Thrive Skills Workshops?
Thrive Skills Workshops are two-hour, virtual workshops where we facilitate training, coaching, and action planning. We take a deep-dive on leadership coaching topics in an interactive and engaging virtual classroom environment. Sessions are conducted via video conference, and participants are expected to engage with their video on.
